You can create an account with AQP rc off road racing. An account stands for even more convenience and speed in our web store. Your immediate advantage is that your details are already entered when you place a new order.

After logging in, you can also keep your own wish list and adjust your general information! In addition, you can create a favorites list and view your order history 24 hours a day!

Register to order is not mandatory.

You will find the products in the categories on the right. Then choose the products you want to purchase by clicking on the shopping cart button. The product is added to your shopping cart, which you can see at the top right of the page. You can continue shopping immediately. At each step you can go back to the previous page or cancel your order (you will then return to the start page of your shopping cart and there you can delete or change items)

When you have finished shopping, click on the top right of the shopping cart or at the top of the navigation bar and check your added items. You can still delete them here or change the number, then click on calculate.

Is everything to your liking? Then click on order.

All your data is sent via SSL secured web pages. This means that all your data is sent fully secured.

These pages can be recognized by the https entry and the lock in the address line.

Step 1: Shipping method (your country and options) and payment method. iDEAL is only available for the Netherlands, as well as cash on delivery. For Belgium, Mister Cash is also available outside bank transfer. For Germany, bank transfer is also available for Sofort Banking. During step 1 you also have the option to log in or register as a new customer. If you do not want this, do not place a check mark and choose next if you wish to order without the login option.

Step 2: Enter your details here. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, put a checkmark at "Send to a different address" then fill in the fields with the delivery address. You can then read and accept the terms and conditions. Below that you have the option to sign up to receive our newsletter.

Step 3: Check your order again. Are all address details correctly stated? Don't forget to mention your house number. If everything is OK, click on "send order". If you have chosen iDEAL, Mister Cash, Sofort Banking ore Paypal as the payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the secure page of the chosen payment provider. You can make your payment immediately.

You will receive a confirmation of your order within a few minutes at the email address you entered. If you have not received this confirmationmail, please notify us through info@aqprcoffroadracing.com

Wire Transfer : In the confirmation e-mail you will find all information to transfer the amount due. For customers from Belgium, Germany and the rest of Europe, the IBAN and BIC / Swift code are also mentioned.

Cash on delivery: (only possible within the Netherlands): If you check this option you will receive the order on delivery. That is, the package is delivered to the address you specify and you can pay the postman. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again at a different time. If you are not home again, you will receive a proof of collection in the letterbox, which contains the address of the nearest post office. Here you can pick up your package. Cash on delivery is only possible for the Netherlands. Costs for COD shipments are: € 10.00 + shipping costs.

iDEAL: If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank and SNS Regio Bank, you can pay with iDEAL. With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted Internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your own bank. As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL, without having to register for it. Payments via iDEAL are free of charge.

Bancontact / Mister Cash: Mister Cash: Especially for our customers in Belgium there is the possibility to pay via Bancontact / Mister Cash. With Bancontact / Mister Cash, Belgian account holders can make purchases online through their bank card. The safety and reliability are absolutely guaranteed. Belgian customers who bank with the banks: Dexia, Fortis, ING, FINTRO, KBC, CBC, AXA bank and VDK Spaarbank can easily make online payments via Bancontact / Mister Cash.

Sofort Banking: Especially for our customers in Germany, there is the possibility to pay via Sofort Banking, it is safe and trusted and stands for carefree payment convenience.

PayPal (with surcharge): For all our customers there is the possibility to pay via PayPal it is safe and trusted.

As soon as your payment is received, your order will be prepared and sent. Depending on how you have paid, the usual delivery time is 2 to a maximum of 7 days. AQP rc off road racing strives to deliver all orders within 7 days.

AQP rc off road racing delivers from stock, unfortunately it can happen that due to large orders 1 or more products are temporarily sold out. If this is the case, the products will be replenished and sent as soon as possible. If re-ordering of these items takes longer than 1 week or if they are no longer available for a longer period of time, you will be contacted to come to an acceptable solution for both parties. For countries outside the Netherlands it may happen that the delivery takes a little longer. This depends on which country it must be sent to.

All deliveries in the Netherlands and abroad will be made by PostNL. Cash on delivery shipments also go through PostNL. If desired, you can request a "Track & Trace" number for your order.

Articles can only be sent by post envelope in consultation.

For the Netherlands: Up to a maximum of 30 kg € 7,85

Cash on delivery costs € 10 extra. The total COD costs are therefore € 17,85

For Belgium and Germany: Up to a maximum of 30 kg € 10,90

For Denmark: Up to a maximum of 15 kg € 16,95

For orders over 30 kg you will be contacted for an extra contribution to the shipping costs.

Canceling an order is, as long as it has not yet been sent, is free of charge.

You have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. An exception to this are products specially assembled for you or products specially ordered for you. However, it is explicitly so that the sealing / packaging of the articles must not be broken and that they are delivered back unused, undamaged and in undamaged condition to AQP rc off road racing. If this aspect is not taken into account, we unfortunately cannot take back the articles and cannot cancel the payment. Do you want to return the entire order? Than you must return all items to the address below. AQP rc off road racing will refund the entire purchase price to you. The shipping costs for returning are for your account. Also when returning part of your order, the shipping costs are for your account. The purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in that case. When the customer returns the items, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred by us from the return amount.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to AQP rc off road racing. This can be done via e-mail or post. You must at least state your full name and invoice number.

For the repayment of amounts already paid (in advance) we also need your bank account number. Customers from outside the Netherlands must also state the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.

Please note: the account number that you specify for the reimbursement must be the same as the account number of which you made the payment to AQP rc off road racing. This to avoid possible fraud with repayments. Any amounts already paid will be reimbursed to you within a maximum of 14 days.
